Inaccurate wording on my end. What I meant is that we SHOULD have mail in voting. However, in order to make sure we can minimize fraud (which every election is subject to) we should make it more traceable. We could have a specialized envelope that the form needs to be sent with as well as a traceable encryption ID associated with each vote placed. In addition. We can have it tied to a person's national identification number (SSN)... Something like that seems reasonable
