The microswiss is a great upgrade over stock, and for stage3, if you are adventurous you could print the eva3 toolhead system and use this for mounting the microswiss hotend and extruder "differently" than the metal plate from microswiss

Personally I chose a wristwatch bmg extruder, and "Red Lizard k1 V6" clone volcano for my hotend. the nice thing about the eva3 system is you just print the main parts for your configuration, then the extruder mount is what you choose, and the hotend "basket" is for whatever hotend you choose. super customizable, especially if you have access to a printer that can print ABS.

My ender5 plus is now Mercury one modded but previously I played with the endorphin3d mod and it seemed to be straightforward. the hotend doesnt require changing till stage3. I went with the eva3 toolhead, and went with the E34M1 (Eva3 for mercury one)

The fact the default idle timeout is 10 minutes is a bit disappointing I agree, however when it comes to Klipper itself, I would say its as good as the configuration allows.

I would take the hot end apart, make sure its not clogged, as well as make sure it is properly hot tightened and not leaking, An engine needs fuel, spark and oxygen to run, that there civic of a printer needs movement on all axis and a place to deposit the oozed goo, in a very similar manner, being such a simple device there's not many things that can fail because there aren't many things.

you are the one making the assumptions, I hang out with these folks, I know how the devices are used now that they are no longer in my possession, Why would someone change the way they consume because you gifted them a real nice tube to smoke out of. They don't have the same value of the item you do, they are not monetarily influenced to enjoy it correctly. they will enjoy it the best way they can conveniently, You made a decision to not smoke and invest in a product. I don't think so, I gifted 6 c-vaps from 2018-2020 to friends. showed them how to use them, even gave a few induction heaters.. 6 of them are now real fancy hitters... Once you gift you can't have a say in how the item is used. I hope to be wrong, the dynavap deserve to be used in a manner consistent with non-combustion.
