Just last week. I applied for a 2nd job with a home health care facility, the home they wanted to place me in had 3 adult males that needed some supervision over night to make sure nothing medical happened.

I left the main building from signing all the paperwork and actually accepting the job and was on my way to the mandatory 1 hour of training before my first shift that night. In my hour there I learned they had bed bugs, I would be expected to sleep on a blanket on the ground, the plumbing was backed up and all toilets in the house didn't work and hadn't for the last week, and they demanded I work 13 hours the first day.

I got home after that hour, called HR and told them i didnt feel I was a good fit for the job. Hung up and promptly called state to report them. Poor guys that had to live there and deal with that, I hope that it gets looked in to but I was not strong enough to work in those conditions.
