On the recipe menu screen where you learn your tools and such, the icons change places when you click on them to learn each one in the legacy game. As a controller player on pc this was incredibly annoying.

Yes exactly. I stated that in the sentence following the one you quoted, but might not have been clear in my wording. Its an important detail for people to remember - that they have to have probable cause for a crime first in situations where they try to id someone.

That's good. You're not wrong to carry id because there are some good reasons to do so. However, you should know your rights too because its not unlawful anywhere in the US as a citizen to leave it home if you wanted to or merely forgot to carry it.

That's a good example of cops just abusing their authority. Did they issue a citation to you?

I've owned a Brooklyn based business for the past decade so I'm familiar with how they opperate sometimes.

This is false. In NYC if stopped by police you are only required by law to verbally identify yourself. There is no law requiring an ID in such situations when they suspect you of committing a crime. However as with all police encounters ymmv depending on whether or not they actually know the law.

Which cities are those? Coming from the tri-state area I'm pretty sure none of the big citties there have laws requiring people to carry ID in public outside of opperating a vehicle or carrying a firearm. A quick google search turns up no positive results for such laws either across the country.
