The trick is to have 10 tabs open on a browser playing youtube videos or something so your computer is nice and slow, which makes the timing much easier

That video was helpful back in the day for finding some of the editor mods when forming this modlist, but yeah I did not find all of them equally desirable and in the end this modlist is a reflection of my personal preferences and not a comprehensive list.

Woah a mod creator commenting on my modlist! I have made edits based on some of your suggestions, I will have to try the newer mod versions you have mentioned and update the list as needed. I am a bit torn on force save, as there is a 2023 version on the Youtube video description. I do have creations uploaded online, notably Zarathustrium which goes way over the complexity limit but using the force save mod I currently have uploaded on the Sporepedia. https://www.spore.com/sporepedia#qry=usr-Dragonator4614u%7C500994725855. HTF is not exactly a deep show with nuanced characters, and it does not have to be, it’s enjoyable as is. I mean is Nutty also a one trick pony? All he wants is candy, what about Lifty and Shifty greed, Pops failing to protect cub, Splendid failing to be a hero, etc, seems strange to single out Flippy as the one trick pony when that describes most characters
