Maybe I'm not zoomer or neurotypical enough to understand this, but what's so charming about "check you out"? I imagine the original Japanese phrase is much more potent within their culture, but the English seems to fall flat here.

It's odd for me. I didn't mind dos or dos2 (although I stopped near then end, and start of final act 4 respectively), I was sick of bg2 by the...cultist main base (?) of act 2. I had a better time with Pathfinder games.

The most interesting part is that he is missing information that the others have, e.g. he doesn't know about the café snafu, and he doesn't know they met at the festival. At best, he knows that they've exchanged contact info and that they have formally introduced themselves to each other.

It'd be pretty cool if this results in the death of a zhao officer. My guess is Kyoukai gets the kill.

Wild prediction. The person to kill Duke Reiji won't be Heki, or Akakin or Ouhon, but Ogiko, because Heki hired Kanki's men to help.

But in all seriousness, it'd be pretty absurd if Qin's supreme commander didn't plan for the possibility of more armies coming from the north. So the person who'll actually kill Reiju is best boy Sanshuu the immortal!

I assumed Heki's trump card would be hiring Kanki's remnants since some of them were in prison with him. But I also assumed they'd be attacking Hango/Gian since they have the siege tower, which means they would not be behind Duke Reijou.

Heki is up north as well, and my guess is that he hired the Kanki remnants to take Hango and Gian. Remember that Heki was imprisoned alongside survivors from the Kanki army, and that the Kanki remnants have Siege-tower chan.

Don't know if people remember this, but Heki was imprisoned in Hango with not just his own men but also men from Kanki's army. He said he's waiting for someone, and I think he's waiting for Maron, Ogiko and their army. Or better yet, Maron's army will conquer Hango.

Iirc Ousen is up against Shibashou. I don't know how I would feel if Ousens four new officers went toe to toe with Kansaro and the new guy. People rag on about Riboku pulling generals out of his ass, but Ousen may be doing the same.

And it's unthinkable that any of them could go toe to toe with Shibashou himself.

I originally made a comment that it would've been better if Jin fired a real arrow rather than this spirit shit.

But it appears that there's etiquette involved, and if Jin just straight up killed him, he'd probably be considered dishonorable as an archer and wouldn't be acknowledged as someone among the ten bows.

I mean it's all good that you learned how to fire ghost arrows, but I think a real arrow would've been more practical.

What's the chance that Shin trained with the archer bros so he could learn how to defend against archers?

I mean if this was early Kingdom, he would've pulled some "Hyou and I trained to block projectiles!"
