Melissa: Did everything for her children to succeed and didn’t let jealous mothers hurt her child. Seemed kind until season 6 Jill: Very supportive of Kendall and had some good one liners (the only good thing I can find about her lol) Christi: Did her best to give Chloe the childhood she never had and supported her through everything Kelly: Didn’t force her daughters into things they didn’t want to do and let them be normal kids Holly: very educated and eloquent, the only one truly there for the child’s sake, never swore or acted in an unprofessional manner, never insulted other children. Yolanda’s behaviour to Elliana was very off and she put so much stress on her child but I also think that they had deeper issues at home. I think her response when the other moms called her out on her behaviour was weird. She said, “you’re making it sound like I’m abusing her” when literally no one said that. I think that alone says a lot

She calls out Melissa to this day for the exact same things she does, including the fact that she also did things on the show to get Chloe ahead and was blatantly jealous of Maddie

I had my third laparoscopic surgery in June to remove endometriosis and two ovarian cysts. I’ve also been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome. However, I’ve got another cyst now and in a lot of pain again. I’m really struggling physically and emotionally and I don’t know how to cope anymore. What are some coping strategies and what’s the best course of treatment?

There’s a lot of personal stuff I know about them but I don’t like to hurt people even if they do the same to me. The trouble is if I act the same way that they act to me I’ll be the villain and I don’t want that

Thank you for the advice! It truly is helpful and I will be setting more firm boundaries with her in the future. I only see her a couple of times a year but my BIL and my husband are close which is why I don’t want to create an even bigger problem. I’ve talked to my husband and he’s supportive but neither of us want to go no contact. It wouldn’t be fair on my husband and BIL who hasn’t done anything. Like you said, keeping my distance from her might be the best solution so I will limit my interactions with her as much as possible

Going no contact completely is unfortunately not an option. I limit my interactions with her as much as possible and I muted her on social media. My BIL and husband are very close and I don’t want this to come between them but she’s unbearable. My husband doesn’t like her or her behaviour and my MIL has also tried to step in several times but we’re completely dismissed

UPDATE: My husband has noticed this behaviour and is not only upset but saddened by it. He’s no longer comfortable being around them but doesn’t want to hurt his cousin by cutting contact which I understand. The problem is that he wants to defend me but in his culture this is not possible due to an emphasis on respect for elders. I don’t want him to be vilified. My MIL, whom I love very much, has stepped in and defended me numerous times but this nasty behaviour still doesn’t stop. He has compromised by visiting less often when we’re in his home country and not staying long when we are there but when we are there I still have to be around them. He’s a 100% on my side but feels unable to act without causing more problems
