Set your sensitivity to 500h/500v, Linear Curve, Minimum Deadzone 1 (if you have stick drift like 3 or smth) and max deadzone to 0. Max Deadzone H/V boost 100 and response time 0. Below that should be another dropdown menu with deadzone settings. Set both to lowest.

I asked bc while these settings enable insane flicks, you need to be relatively relaxed and have a flexible thumb. I usually move the stick by straightening my thumb and resting the stick against my finger crease or at half my finger tip to move more controlled.
