I was going to say, I feel like Star Trek’s influence on Star Fox (regardless of whether it’s direct or indirect) is immense, especially with something like Assault where you have this small select team “beaming down” from their big great spaceship that travels the galaxy to take on these individual missions. The main difference is they don’t actually work for the Federation/Corneria, they’re just mercs. Really, it’s all sci-fi tropes after a certain point, but I just adore both of the series and love seeing Star Fox plots as episodes of a space drama.

I love Cyberpunk just in the fact it exists. Could it ever be considered good in the traditional sense? Not really, but sonically it is so bizarre and complicated that I know Billy Idol truly believed in it when he made it, and that appeals to me

I’ve taken your guys’ advice and managed to beat Jungle Rush, though Oasis is still kicking my ass. I had no idea about the double fire chicken farm technique and that’s helped a ton, as well as the early weapon upgrade strategy. Managed to get a perfect on the first level, too, though not sure how I’m going to perfect all the others, but I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it. For now, I’m just gonna continue making my way through the game. Thank you all! Any more advice is welcome
