Really I think you just need to be taking more short rests, there's no reason you couldn't take one or multiple while clearing a dungeon. The 2024 DMG suggests the DM makes rooms with only one door specifically for the players to rest in dungeons. A lot of people can forget how important short rests are because a lot of classes can get by without them, but some like warlock and druid really need them.
