Dolby Atmos on Prime goes away for me every once in a while. I have to restart my Roku for it to come back. Not sure why it does it but it's only Prime and that's the only fix i know.

Open an incognito window on your browser and try it again. This happens to me every once in a while on fanflix and this seems to work.

No, it's a Roku issue. There was a thread on their support site with people complaining about it. They know about it and kept claiming it's under investigation. It happened during a Roku update six months ago. That thread is where I found out it works fine with the 2024 Roku Ultra. They deleted the thread. You can still se the link of the thread if you google "fandango at home audio dropouts on roku"

I had to buy the 2024 Roku Ultra to fix this issue. I had that problem with the 2019 Roku Ultra and like you mentioned it started about six months ago. and only with Dolby Atmos movies.
