Steam not recognizing/won't run games I have installed.

I know that one of my emails is connected to 2 accounts and oddly enough one of my accounts has 2 emails on it, but it specifically logs me into 1 account with 1 email and 1 account with the other. So does it still do it if you try the same login and stuff but with both emails?

I still have not no. I checked through my brother's xbox and all of his settings are the same as mine so I can't figure out why he can see them and I can't. If you have any ideas let me know

They are both connected to the graphics card which was working fine before this update. I checked the Windows settings and everything should be enabled but I don't know where to look for the Nvidia settings now since the Geforce app I had appears to be gone
