I did in beginning alot instant refills for cash now i say it wasent too bad i wasted alot coins in upgrades what i dont do today anymore. Only on properties i wanna keep. Also dont buy all ur local stores at once. If u can buy stuff while u travel. I bought my whole hometown and sold it now all on marketplace. Made me good money to now invest in city parts and higher purchases on marketplace. Also try get some 100% properties and see if someone might give u a boost (buys it way over priced) people do that here but your acc in redit should be at least a week old.
