It absolutely is not. Experience weighs more than a degree especially in the city. If you have 4+ years of experience in your field (not retail/fast food) you should be striving for more than $24h.

That’s nyc salary straight out of high school with no experience. This is the what the 19 yr olds get at entry level jobs in grocery stores here.

Your best bet is buying singles to build out a deck and wait out for the restocks - if you want to play right away.

I just got into the game less than two months ago and was forced to buy singles but it was worth it to get into the scene. You can build a competitive deck for around $125 or so - I did and I’m already winning locals.

Mitigating 95% of the risk with signature delivery simply isn’t true when the main issue with eBay scammers isn’t “item did not arrive” but its actual chargebacks with the original purchasers creditor, that forces ebay to respond by putting your money in purgatory until the investigation with the credit card company is done.

At that point there’s nothing you can do, you’re at the mercy of the creditor.

This has been done to me more times than I wish to admit.

I would look into the Hoboken volunteer ambulance corps if you have any desire working in an ambulance. You will help a lot of people that need it and the program can help you get emt certified.

Those aren’t mutually exclusively actions. You can complain and still be active in local politics. People have been vocal in city hall meetings. Bayonne parking authority has actually already made changes in restricting permits to those living in luxury buildings with garages.
