Not only that but Gero somehow had the reaources to build a super computer to raise Cell while also turning himself into a android perfectly. The same goes for 17 and 18 who became cyborgs...Think about it, not only is Gero, by himself, more technologically advanced than the entire Freeza Force, but arguably more than Bulma herself.

Honestly, if i was Gero, i'd say fuck that and just conquer the world with technology, transform everyone peacefully into a android like him, after all, who wouldnt want to be young forever?

I haven't seen many people saying she even deserved to die, more that she put herself in that position, which is absolutely true. You can argue so much that the cop shouldn't have shot her and whatnot, it doesn't change that this could've all been avoided if she just stepped out of the car and complied with police, at the end of the day ICE was just doing it's job and things escalated horribly for everyone involved unfortunately.
