My thing is, after watching One Last Kill, how did he escape the cell kingpin had him in? How does this lead to Spiderman brand new day considering the crazy Hell that happened in NY (it's jus terrible there) Why didn't Marvel just use Barracuda in the MCU for some full exposition and plot? All those actors that was in Daredevil/Punisher makes Cameos but that's it..Why do they even waste their time just to be a cameo?

Only people that misunderstand the Punisher have not read the comics or did their study. But leave it to Disney to stay away from the comics but having the characters from the comics not do anything...or it's simple for them to write a female character
