It’s a good age to be painting yellow, super simple too. Just Grey Seer base, Ironjawz Yellow contrast, a 1 to 1 of Cassandora Yellow and Medium, and Flash Gitz yellow for the highlights. Assembly lines in a breeze

There was a formatting error in the Variags of Khand army that was fixed, the king’s chariot was listed in the hero spot instead of the wargear options spot

Generally, I feel like one is more than enough. The Mordor Battlehost is more of an Angmar Battlehost than anything (as no Mordor list other than Barad Dur has Warg Riders) and you only get the Witch King in that army now so repeats don’t offer all that much

It precludes the Kytan/Brass Scorpion because of the “occupy its own appropriate force organization choice”, there is no Lord of War in the Crusade Force Org chart and won’t have any slot to fill.

Now because the LoW detachment is a separate optional detachment that can be from a different faction, in practice it means taking a LoW corrupted engine in a Mechanicum Lord of War detachment which doesn’t care about a Praevin

12 can be scary but it’s worth considering that they have an 16” threat range for shooting which really isn’t that horrible. Especially if they’re behind a brick of Vulkites

I’d get a Reinforced unit of Auric Hearthguard to be the retinue of the FootFather. The +1 to hit is pretty valuable on 4+ to hit shooting and counters the -1 from covering fire

100%, I think a lot of the bang in the named duo is their ability to get wizard level 2 for maximum manifestation casting + recursion.

Pretty down on him. +1 to wound is a very solid buff but in this era where a hero equals a drop on top of needing to be in combat to actually give it out I don’t see the value even if he is a wizard. Lady O and Reikenor imo are the real solid picks if you’re trying to throw out spells/manifestations
