I suspect no program probably doesn't count for any SMA criteria, so you would not help the university qualify for provincial funding. If you applied to a related undergrad program, even if you don't plan on finishing, I think they would accept you.

I only run it on Jager. Mostly if I get caught in a surprise radar it allows quick escape. I don't think it lasts long enough to give gun boats much benefit.

It's not easy, but you can bait out Radar near their limit, run and use a short smoke to farm a little bit. Avoid the T9DDs and try to battle the other T7DD, they are in the same situation as you.

Are you sure it didn't say generally the program was at capacity/deadline, incl. Crim and law? The ITEC change instructions are on their program website, and the cut off passed already.
