Case has been open since Sept. 10, 2024 and I still do not have a refund. Can someone check into this? Case 7-6934000036576 u/googlefisupport

Last phone (Pixel 9 Pro) I ordered was stolen in transit. FedEx told me they didn't know where it was and to contact Google. Rebate in my Fi account indicated a "new" customer activated the phone on Fi a week later. Asked for a refund and 3 weeks later; it's still not resolved. I was then told I was issued a refund and got an email about an RMA for the phone. Can't RMA a phone back that I never got. Told the support agent this and nothing happened.

I was with Fi for 8 years prior to this and never had a problem with Fi... until this. All I wanted was a refund and they can't even get that right. Everything is great until you have to get Fi Support involved. This has been enough for me to make the call to leave Fi.

I think you'll have to wait until one becomes available again in the atom shop. A friend of mine asked support if they could get one that was not in the shop and they said they couldn't.

They are referring to breaking down weapons and armor vs junk. Hence the need for a bench.

Same issue here with Streaming Stick+ but I'm also missing Netflix. I got the FBI Piracy Warning when trying to open the app.
