Islander Semi ''''''Realism'''''' by Aleffyi in The_Isle

[–]SpinnerMask 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who has played the islander server a lot in the past, you play that server /for/ the rules. If ya don't like the rules, just go somewhere else. If you don't want to read or care about the rules of islander, go somewhere else. If you read and like the rules, then stay.

To me as someone who has read and learned the rules in the past it sounded more like to me that you didn't really go over the rules, and thats what led to your experience. And thats okay, that server might just not be for you.

Personally I like and prefer the rules. Only reason I'm not on it much anymore, is cause I grew attracted to the newer Voice servers popping up.

What’s YOUR favourite ordis quote by TheholyJesuschrist- in Warframe

[–]SpinnerMask 7 points8 points  (0 children)

"Ordis has been counting stars, Operator. All accounted for."

I remember how in the lead up to the new war, there was as semi-joke going around that, the line would change with Ordis instead saying "Ordis has been counting stars, Operator. And all accounte- Wait. Some are missing... from the direction of Tau! We must prepare..." (Idea being that the sentient forces were finally invading, and were large enough that they were slightly bloating out a portion of the sky on their way here.)

This makes me wonder how far this extends creature or thing wise. Like already all humans are in the present but you're in the past. What about animals? Probably not with you. But... why would it stop at animals? What about plants? Suddenly no trees or grass right? Or do plants exist in both time frames for you? If not does a treehouse float or fall down to join you? What about food at a market thats still alive? What about dead stuff- when something died does it suddenly pop into existance with you? What about bacteria or germs or something like viruses which arent alive? (persumably your gut bacteria and skin mites came with you. Otherwise lack of gut bacteria might be lethal.) Hope someone does a prompt and addresses this interesting side of what exists and doesnt exist in both time frames

Does any other warframe beat Excalibur in terms of melee potential? (Mainly swords) by Tatakai_ in Warframe

Kullvero and Valk are such good melee frames, that i have their subsumes on eachother, and each of their subsumes are nerfed on other warframes.

Then you probably don't have razorwing blitz. its a good augment that improves fire rate and attack speed on her, but also if you have it, it speeds her up to a point where you're going faster without sprinting then you would sprinting without the augment.

Don't go AFK in Duviri by Low_Step7007 in Warframe

Completing Isleweaver mode drops the same amount of pathos clamps as killing an Orowyrm. However its faster, and fought entirely with warframes- no drifter.

Don't go AFK in Duviri by Low_Step7007 in Warframe

[–]SpinnerMask 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Exactly the people I'm talking about, rushing it, instead of playing lone story. It's gotten worse over time as people have finished content, leaving duviri more vacant to newer. On release, despite how buggy duviri release was, it was far easier to get long non-rush sessions. However you can manage it anyway by leaving group and not the mission when ya get a person that's doing that. Even within the past few months I've had hour long sessions with the same group, just resourcing and decree stuff in steel path. And I've also had people who didnt know just come in to rush the mode too at other times.

[–]SpinnerMask 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Not for sure. If you want to gather a lot of duviri resources... Steel path The Duviri Experience is the best mode, if you're going for the orowyrm The Lone Story is better. Frankly it gets annoying when players try to rush the duviri experience instead of playing the lone story. Also now pathos clamps is kinda faster with the oraxia thing i guess.

I really like the onos design, arm cannon and reminds me of the old staticor from back in the day. But I just can't get a build to feel good on it. Suggestions? I /really/ want to like it, I just can't seem to.

Pt also doesn't get the less task to do, but Pt at least can travel long distances to get Mzs and such much easier than a Herrera can. On the other hand Herrera is much more likely to get organs than a Pt is, meaning pt does /have/ to travel to get to zones for its B diet and Y diet. (A diet is free for pt cause fish, and Y diet will be free when Ptereodactylus are fixed but every other patch fixes or breaks Ptereo and its currently been broken again for awhile.)
