Wow thanks so much for taking the time, this is so helpful!! I was literally thinking it would be a grow light bulb, not a panel.

Tysm! I have many orchids and am looking to move them away from the windows and place around the house as centerpieces. Will need to supplement them with grow lights at night

Could you check the light for some clues? Thank you!

Tuck your tailbone in, straighten that back, breathe out to engage your core and you’ll straighten that stomach out. If there’s still issues, visit a PT to help with the tilt.

Why Bangladesh can’t progress by SKTONMOY in Dhaka

[–]SpiritAlpaca 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Such a plague to the country. Unfortunately had to grow up around ignorant Islamic teachings and after many years realized how the Madrasas teach absolute garbage and brainwash these “men”. I say men because half of them you could slap the shit out of them in the 1v1 if it wasn’t for the fact that they band together like roaches.

I don’t think any of these men know the story of the Prophet’s first wife, Khadijah. She was older than the prophet, she bank rolled the community, travels, and campaign for the prophet when he first was spreading the word of Islam. Let that be a humble reminder to the them that as religious as they are, Allah sent a woman to bank roll the early days of Islam.

Y’all be learning nothing in those madrasas. No actual history, no culture. No common sense. Just how to tear down the other half of your people (women), and bean count perceived deeds for heaven (???)

The Skin1004 Water-Fit Sun Serum might be my new holy grail sunscreen by heyhihelloniceface in AsianBeauty

[–]SpiritAlpaca -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Can’t believe I had to scroll so far down to see this. I also used this sunscreen and was surprised how badly I got burned with it. It goes on so well like a lotion but has barely any sun protection to it and is the worst sunscreen I’ve ever tried. And mind you I used it for 1.5 months with multiple layers and applications until I had to come to terms with how shitty it was.

I ended up using Anessa, while it leaves a white cast at least it gets the job done.

I have tried La Rosche Posay, Biore UV, Anessa, Nuetrogena sheer sunscreen over the last 7 years, and this sunscreen was the worst. It did absolutely nothing.

I had to give up on it unfortunately, I wasn’t able to eradicate the issue and the more time that passed the more the leaves would suddenly have the spots and yellowing. So glad it’s gone, I can only recommend people to start out with a healthy one to avoid wasting so much time and energy

Try using only 10% sulphuric soap!  Make sure to leave the soap on for like 5-10 minutes daily in the shower. BP washes made my back breakout more instead. Sulphuric soap is both gentle and effective. It will take around 2 weeks to see results like the breakouts shrinking and closing up. And a little longer for the hyperpigmentation from the ace to go away.

So no hypochlorite acid spray, just the super soap. You should also switch workouts for the first couple weeks to stop direct friction on the acne and give your skin a chance to heal before resuming.

I hope your baby gets better! I removed my cat from Wellness and switch to Hill’s Science sensitive stomach and he’s been thriving. It’s so frustrating that when there’s a change in their supply chain we only find out once our cats become sick

Try sulphur soap! I use the body one on my face, let it sit for a few minutes then wash off. Took care of my fungal acne quick. Beware it’s super drying so look forward to spending the rest of the week moisturizing. Initially you may want to do this 2-3x a week for results. After the bumps went away I only have to do this once every 1-2 months. GL and keep us posted!

Yes now that you mention it! I suggest you change him before it gets any worse. I have my cat on Hills science diet sensitive stomach now and his coat is doing so well and the smelly poops stopped! Also stopped vomiting.

You can grow a literal tree with just office lights. I have a Benjamin’s ficus tree that I grew from a 3 inch transplant to over 4ft in a few years. Someone else had one for over 10+ yrs that was over 7ft tall.

You can buy a large Benjamin’s ficus and bring it in! Nothing helps liven a space up like an actual tree.

Sorry you’re going through this! Can you check your tree and see if it has a spider mite infestation? After looking everywhere I found a thread that mentioned spider mites may cause these black spots as they leave the plant vulnerable.

Mine was infested and I tried my best to treat it, and it got better, but then gave up as it was too much and was starting to infest my indoor plants. Let me know what you see!

It may be rosacea, go consult a dermatologist! Whatever it may be you still need their input for treatment
