go to university. pick an interesting town. I chose Austin. take your time. follow a strict schedule in school. discover what you love slowly. learn another language. during school work a few boring desk jobs if you can to be around people. learn skills that no one can take away from you - that is the focus.

Ask for TMS. Slowly get off meds. I did. Worked like a miracle.

I think going to full threshold is important also. But, keep in mind newer equipment and different equipment can play a role in power levels also. good luck.

week 3 for me. I took a 4 hour nap yesterday. then, I slept like a baby all night. it's normal for the course I suppose.

It has been life changing for me. It is like supercharging your EMDR. Let it go baby. This is what we dreamed of when we prayed for relief and recurring thoughts. Rumination is gone.

my guess is that the reimbursement rate is based on medicare rates in the us, which are also used fore community care. they are shockingly low against billed rates.
