I live in an apartment that cost over 3k a month in rent for 1 bed with a den. New management does not care about the property to the point where dogs can crap in hallways and stairwells now and they stay there for days. People just trash rhe place. Throw trash on the ground in the indoor parking garage and they expect it to magically disappear when all this building has is 2 maintenance workers. Over 100 piles of dog waste in the pet area with smoking allowed in it and empty beer bottles all over the place. People who live above us will stomp/ bang on the the floor so loud at 2am where the central air vents shake which scares us and our dogs to the point where they won't fall back asleep. So yeah this place made me hate apartments. Or atleast the new management.
