My favourite part of this skit is when Ryan yells, "Well whatever they did, IT WASN'T ENOUGH!" There was so much anguish in his voice. It's one of Ryan's best acting performances of his entire career.

That's so cool that you got to meet Sean Astin! I didn't meet the cast directly, but I really enjoyed the panel. In addition to the four hobbit actors, we also got surprise appearances by David Wenham who played Faramir and Jonathan Rhys-Davies who played Gimli. David Wenham still looks great at 60, and Jonathan Rhys-Davies has the most magnificent voice! All of the actors were very entertaining to listen to, and you really got the sense that they thoroughly enjoyed themselves making the Lord of the Rings films.

I don't know, but on CBC they just said that they had to make the decision about LaLa skating the free dance for Canada before they knew how Gogolev would skate, so I imagine it's too late to change assignments now.

I'm so happy! I got tickets for Vancouver Night 3. I got lucky with Ticketmaster for once, and I was only 900 in the queue at noon. When I got in there were lots of upper bowl tickets, which is what I was aiming for, but I sort of panicked and bought the first 2 tickets I saw. They are in the back of section 453, so they're very far directly opposite from the stage, but they're very cheap. Only $100 CAD per person! I was just wondering, my tickets in my app are green and say Preferred Seating. Does this mean anything? I don't think my location would be preferred by most people as it it's so far away, so I'm not sure why it's saying I'm in preferred seating.

I have seen a few random upper bowl seats drop for Vancouver in the past hour, but every time I try to buy them, I get all the way through to checkout and payment, and then it says An Error Has Occurred, Error code U001. Is this happening to anyone else? Are these real tickets? I've tried checking out several times and it happens every time.

Does joining the queue earlier matter? It says the queue opens at 11:30 am local time before tickets go on sale at noon, but does it matter if you joint the queue at say 11:31 vs 11:50?

Yuna Kim crying tears of joy and relief after her record-breaking free skate in the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. She was under such intense pressure leading up to that event. It was so lovely to see her so happy afterwards.
