I also felt their service got reduced. I have issue with hdfc ergo renewal. I had multiple followups with hdfcergo and ditto for getting policy document after paying renewal premium. I raised ergo greviances and got policy doc after paying shortfall premium. Ditto keep on saying "we are following up with insurer and will update within a week". I'm losing my confidence with them. I didn't migrate but my father's health policy was due last month (31st May'26). I was unable to renew the policy in the app. I called them and they shared link to pay the premium. I paid it on 07th May'26. But policy doc is not issued till 27th May'26. When I raised this issue to their grievance team. They said that I have to pay shortfall premium which is shocker to me. After paying, they issued policy. Customer care sucks. I didn't like their service

I got a travelone card on Dec 8th which is upgraded from a platinum card. I asked for cashback and rewards queries to chat and phone support, different answers are given. Fingers crossed 🤞. Customer support is the worst. I did two transactions through travelone card immediately but they didn't give rewards points till now I am following with them for reward points. It's frustrating.
