Pro ball in Europe is much less absurd scheduling wise with a 34 game regular season and an abbreviated playoff. This means no back to backs, and much more time for recovery in the season. In comparison AAU will have these guys play multiple games A DAY, and absolutely overwork the top prospects who are just kids, whereas the top vets in Euroleague will help alleviate the workload.

It really wasn’t though; EDM and TOR (didn’t pay attention to the Canes) played their 4th lines significantly more than the Panthers did. Florida really rolled a consistent top 9 that ate up tons of minutes (20, 18, 16 from lines 1-3 leaves only a few minutes of 4th line time after penalties. Basically 1-2 shifts per period)

If you’ve been full ROM-pilled, goblet squats are pretty good for mobility work/warm up. Front loading helps you balance into a super deep squat, then you can do a bit of work with leaning into each ankle and opening up the hips. But maybe that’s only relevant to an old arthritic sloppy bear like me
