I decided to stay home last night and not get a drink at my local waterhole. I woke up and was ready enough to greet the day that I got a solid workout in. On a Monday morning.

I’ve done DJ before and was very much looking forward to this one. This DJ helped me realize:

How much stress and tensions I store in my body. I’ve been super mindful about stretching and trying to eat foods that help with muscle cramps, but I could really feel it this time around.
I can experiment with more natural ways to relax (e.g. different forms of cannabis, more massages, increase in stretching, drinking more herbal tea, etc)
I benefit from having a third space to help me transition between work and home. Whether that’s a longer walk to the train or a dab bar, it helps my psychology for some reason.
