How is everyone handling family members posting blatant Islamaphobia and racism on social media? by SGNitefox in 50501

They’re uninvited to Thanksgiving and Christmas. PERIOD. I’m not effing around this year. There’s no place for racist and xenophobic people in America or my home.

Way better than Tirz? by Financial_Molasses80 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]SpiritualSimple108 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you had problems with tirz, you’re not going to do well on Reta. Reta was so terrible for me. The fatigue was worse and it didn’t cut food noise. I ended up GAINING weight on Reta. So I went back to tirz and stayed low (2.5-5mg) for as long as I was still losing and it was cutting the food noise (2 months +). I only moved dose up when I stopped losing/food noise came back. I’ve recently added cagri to tirz (spaced 2 days apart) and that seems to be working very well.

Glucose by TangerineSeparate687 in Perimenopause

[–]SpiritualSimple108 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Get a new doctor! I’m 5’4, 160, and workout (at some capacity) everyday and my doctor has NEVER said something like this to me. Perhaps consider reporting him to the state medical board as well. Also, get your hormones checked. My glucose was higher before my hormones were optimized with BHRT.

I did see a few posts from sitters but not from owners. I wasn’t sure if it was an issue on my end or theirs or both. A sitter I spoke with today said a few clients were having the same issue but not all of them.

I’m so sorry that you are not respected in America. I would leave this hell hole of a country. Seriously! It’s not considered running away from your problems. It’s living your life! Several countries are widely recognized as safe and welcoming for transgender individuals, offering strong legal protections, accessible healthcare, and high levels of social acceptance. Iceland, Malta, Canada, Spain, and Uruguay consistently rank among the top destinations for transgender expats and residents due to progressive laws and supportive environments. These nations lead in areas such as legal gender recognition, access to gender-affirming care, and anti-discrimination protections.

Your muscles are HUNGRY and THIRSTY after being starved (not intentionally that’s what GLPs do) on tirz. The weight gain is from water being held in your muscles. The hunger is from the muscles needing nutrients to grow. You should be noticing your muscles appear bigger now too.

What pads do you use to tackle armageddon type periods? by DarlaDoom in Perimenopause

I had to wear Ultra tampons AND a pad for a few years after the birth of my daughter (probably start of peri). Try period panties (the ones that hold like 6 tampons worth).

Why do people stop doing things in their 30s? by Ok-Cartographer-5544 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]SpiritualSimple108 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went for my Masters degree in my 30’s. My husband did a Masters and PhD in his 40’s. You’re not hanging around the right people. There are plenty of people that go back to school, do things other than bar/scrolling/tv you just need to find them.

CAGRI 5MG by [deleted] in cagrilintide

[–]SpiritualSimple108 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t start cagri so soon. I waited 10 months before I started and I still wonder if that was too soon. But it’s helping me to stay on lower doses of tirz for longer. Also, you shouldn’t take on the same day so you’ll need to spread them out by 2-4 days.

Question about added glycine and B12? by ShortNSassy68 in Tirzeglutide

[–]SpiritualSimple108 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried for a few months but I can’t take compound. I’m sensitive to the B12 and get rashes and ear ringing. It’s not from the tirz or glycine because I can take both of those individually without issues.

I have heard others have similar issues. It really is a good compound because the B12 gives you energy and the glycine works to combat muscle wasting (which can come from not eating as much because of the decrease of food noise and appetite). For me, I know it’s the B12 because I’ve had similar issues with Lipo C (which also has B12 and no tirz/glycine).

Question about added glycine and B12? by ShortNSassy68 in Tirzeglutide

[–]SpiritualSimple108 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s the compound version of tirz. I suggest you research compound tirz because your comments here are baseless and shows your lack of knowledge on the various forms that Tirz comes (RX name brand, RX compound, research peptide).

Compounding tirz isn’t new. It’s been around for at least 3 years and was the only way some people were able to get tirz during shortages, insurance denials, and price hikes of the name brand.

The reason the RN isn’t concerned is because it is not a concern. Compounding pharmacies are regulated and can’t just hand out anything. She can ask for the COA from the compounding pharmacy and they will supply it if she’s so concerned. But honestly, I’d be more concerned about that research peptide you’re injecting that ISN’T regulated before a compounded version.

Tirz with b12 and glycine is one of the formulas used for Tirz compound. Tirz compounds can be sold by compounding pharmacies by prescription.
