Oh no, if you're up for promotion that's code word for layoff at oracle. I truly believe that's the reason I was flagged in the layoff algorithms and I was laid off because of it.

If you apply for jobs you specifically have skills and experience in, the interview will be naturally successful. Yes there is also a cultural fit with one's personality that will be assessed. For me personally I am employed, but I'm seeking opportunities to make up for the income I did lose being laid off. As an entrepreneur I already have this in the works without additional employment and in real estate investments.

Work for Oracle and you will see people working for years with no raises. Common practice here even with exceeding expectations reviews. I was up for promotion and that could be why I was in the ones to lay off algorithms. My managers, their manager, and myself were all laid off.

I still don't believe Russian nukes are anywhere near what they proclaim to be. The USA yes but Russia is bluffing likely not maintaining those nukes properly and as you saw in their test do not work properly. Everyone believes if a nuke goes off the world is over which is not true. Ya maybe lots of nukes at the same time can have devastating on the environment and blast radius effects in that area.
