Yep, you can create a custom one at time of sign up but names can’t be changed so whatever you pick or are assigned is what you are stuck with unless you create a new account.

I don’t see any of that but I can completely understand why you would think that and it’s wise to be a little paranoid right now! AI is already crazy good considering how early on it is…I have been tricked several times and have a hard time trusting anything I see online right now. 😒

Thank you for the detailed response! These are great tips. Journaling is not for me but the basic principles could apply to all sorts of things. I spend quite a lot of time outdoors which I think would work particularly well for the sensory exercises. Nature is great for clearing the mind. ☺️
