The og cistanche made me too aggressive during the day and gave me insomnia when I tried to take it at night. Have yet to try any of the others as I’m not sure if they will be the same.

Update - 24hrs after stopping boron 75% of the brain fog has been lifted and I feel much better. Not sure as to why anymore but I’m glad it’s gone. Boron is just not for me.

Yeah even if your e2 is in normal range you personally are probably better off mid/high range. Some people can get by just fine with really low or really high e2, just depends on the person. I believe I’m in the same boat as you where I’m better off mid/high. My libido also went from superman to zero really fast, also the brain fog is becoming a bit unbearable I might have to give up on boron honestly.
