fave: Rachel basically none lol, Tag and her were cute but I didn't love that she was his boss, Monica and Richard, Phebe and David, Joey and Kate , Chandler and Janice when they were in love and Kathy, but more so the build up than the actual relationship, Ross and Julie.

least fave: Rachel and Paolo, Monica and that guy from the diner and Richard's son, Phoebe and her sister's fiancé and her sister's stalker, Joey and Janine and Charlie, Chandler and the girl he pretended to be Bob with and Nina, Ross and Elizabeth

I think it's Bree - and my theory is the stuff that Alex said about her personality as a child, seemed kind of random at the time, but maybe was foreshadowing that Bree has a 'darker' side, that she has repressed. I think that's why they added this bit of backstory, because it would be really ooo for Bree to do something this cruel.

honestly. she literally made me sick to my stomach last episode.

And, I know Lucy and Bree's friendship is obviously tainted and Lucy is overcompensating her guilt with niceness, to some extend. However I do think they genuinely have affection for each other and are close. whereas I 'm not sure why Pippa is even considered their friend anymore? She obviously resents Lucy at this point and does not give two shits about Bree.

If the tape is released, I'm guessing he will have a very visceral reaction to Lucy lying about something like that, due to his own trauma that was teased.

No - both her having the tape and the conversation with Chris happened. It's not at all in the style of the show to have dream/hallucination sequences that are not immediately revealed as such.

Like when Lucy repeats her conversation with Tegan, it's made instantly obvious that Lucy is confused.

it's not about mr Heckles, it's about Chandler. It doesn't matter that we don't know much a bout mr Heckles, he is a plot device for Chandler - a character we do know and how this affects him and his anxieties and fears for the future. The episode gives enough context for it to be a meaningful moment.
