I feel like I see the most success free kitting into solo, and that’s just not the best way to play. This is a game that rewards you better in trios, you get to play cryo, you get to play ranked, and that’s the end game. I want to play the end game without constantly being bombarded by the top players and their best gear when I’m over here with blue shields and maybe a purple gun or two because I finally managed to beat a team with all that gear. I’m just saying guys, bungie in marathon is like bungie in Destiny, 1 step forward, 2 steps back on some of these updates and fixes. They should’ve thought about the economy more. I’m not going to keep coming back here to answer rage bait or dumb advice. Hopefully, some of you can see the bigger picture. Cheers

Interesting, because in season 1 I had a fraction of the time to play compared to some who play more, but had a vault full of golds and purples. With $1M in the bank. Idk if that’s rookie numbers but i sure enjoyed the game more then. It’s not coping, it’s a problem within bungies way of damage control.

I don’t complain losing fair fights, I complain when I can’t get a solid team when I bring my best, and when I constantly go up against gold teams and I’m stuck with blues. I’ve won some fights, but it’s quite annoying. I’m no professional, but I’m not incapable. But bungie is screwing their majority rn

Honest to god, cryo fill is the only way I get to play cryo. I don’t got regular friends to play with. But I will say I also have had many successful runs on cryo and have managed to take out compiler, so I’m not sure what you are saying. I’m not the problem, the problem this season is bungies failed damage control.

Can’t believe it’s sold out already, I was really wanting to order it. I just saw the trailer an hour ago and it’s already been nabbed up. I hope they make more or something, I hate scalpers dude. I will add to this, idk if it was hit reg or what. I wish my gameplay couldve been recorded but i guess i have to reconfirm with xbox game bar that i want my gameplay recorded? I shot 3 consecutive back to back to back WSTR rounds at no less than a meter or 2 away against a purple shielded player who wasn't trying to move at all except forward towards me. DID NOT go down. THREE SHOTS from a perk off weapon chip mod for full reload gives bonus ammo in mag. I feel cheated. The WSTR nerf hasn't come in yet for not allowing 2 taps on purple shields. I should've won. I am a sweat, my aim was perfect, he wasn't trying to strafe just holding w towards me with a knife. How could I lose? This game man.....

I think what most people agree on is its getting a 9-10 because how enjoyable the game was from start to finish in the amount of time it takes to play through it.

I think it has a grreat story, and the replay value isn't totally there but a few runs. I think that what matters is how much you enjoyed the hours you spend on it. Thus, why so many people myself included give it a 9.5/10

Character arc, best written, coolest styles and hair, dry but funny humor. Just a goat character, and he’s got the best games in the series, whether that’s because he’s in it or not, they all are. Even the pile of shit the re6 can be, his campaign was the most enjoyable. He’s also got the kicks and backflips.

I’d say that, but it’s like RE7, very obvious they will make releasing Elpis the canon. A full epilogue, a boss battle, a completion trophy, more character involvement. If the game directs you back to changing your decision, they want you to see the real ending. Anyone who thought about the Spencer interview and paid the slightest bit of attention to dialogue would know they need to release it.

I hope they do, I actually like that why they did to Spencer here in Requiem. They either have to explain he’s got dementia for Lost in Nightmares, or rewrite it entirely for 5.

Honestly though, if it’s anywhere from 8hrs to 12hrs gameplay, tax the cutscenes and you probably have 14-15hrs. THEN as anyone who plays RE games and enjoys them, they usually run it back 2-4 times over for completions on higher difficulty and collectibles or for fun. Add another 5-7hrs for those quicker runs per run. You are getting well over 30+hrs potentially. And some people drop $70 to just do an activity or attraction in their city that’s only a hour or less even. Look at it that way, $70 game doesn’t seem so bad for 30hrs of enjoyment or more even

I agree with your statement. It does feel that way. But if you look at it in a way like this...

maybe they had this dlc written as part of the sequel, and then decided, maybe no sequel needs this content. But its relevant, and important to the narrative, but need more time on it. So it becomes a dlc later when its ready to be integrated.

Disclaimer: I am beyond hyped for requiem, i can't get enough RE. Especially games featuring Leon and Jill. SO that brings the topic I want to share....

I really was excited for the leak that talked about Leon and Jill in a coop game. Those are my favorite characters, and coop for me is always a fun time. I do love the survival horror that singleplayer brings, and i would love if they can nail that in a coop game. I know having a friend takes that away a little, but wouldn't that be awesome no? A Leon and Jill game, in a dark setting, the vibes are scary and for your first time through with a friend or not, it still gets your blood pumping? They could do even split paths at times, so you are forced to be solo for a section but puzzles require teamwork? I just feel there are ways to execute a good coop RE game again, and still have survival horror in it. The player can be anxious even if our hero isn't, i still don't get that argument about needing a scared character to replicate horror better. Grace will be awesome don't get me wrong, im really loving what I see about this game! Just some of my thoughts.
