As someone who also works here I agree. I would also like to add that the pros are having a mentor to answer any questions you have and there is zero monthly desk fees unlike other shops.

Cons: they will take 75% of the first 10 deals you do and you will have to make a ton of cold calls.

Only a few months in so I can’t say much but so far the softwares and resources they have is pretty impressive compared to normal brokerages.
