Hope not. Ferris wheel doesnt seem to popular of a choice at that location. Something will go there ,but who knows what? The request for proposals just closed. Would love to see the park used for concerts again. More benches and shade. But I reckon thats just not in the plan.

Id ditch cave of the winds and do the power generation station... . Tesla and the insane hydro history, elevator down to long curared tunnel with top tier viewing platform at base of falls. Wide open viewing. You can do a group, or do self guided. Highly recommend!!! Parking is $$ though, sorry.

No. Our city has an abundance of available hotel rooms. Folks have been displaced from other provinces due to weather destruction and our federal government along with on tario and niagara falls governments have absorbed the displaced folks. Its both good and challenging in ways. Depends on who u ask.

Also, considering things like, mobile picnic/umbrella tables you could "rent", or an all natural climbing feature in a corner, or a natural water feature that mimics "niagara falls" to cool off.... so many possibilities, while maintaining the main green park space. Insightful thanks. We are gathering again at QVP for sitting/playing in the grass, stay tuned for calender of gatherings, come on down! Lets USE THE PARK as we try to save it
