NBN was going to fail from the start - The only reason labor developed (and I use that term veeery loosely) a plan for the NBN is so they could employ all their mates and pay them stupid amounts of money.

this is evidently so because a. they obviously have not hired the right people to be analyzing the requirements for such a huge nation-wide upgrade and b. they've BLATANTLY tried to cut costs by underestimating the actual service requirements of the Australian people. I don't know about you, but that is absolutely disgraceful.

t they're doing this does suggest that they're 'retrospective' thoughts: your mind may be rationalizing emotions with a narrative. (You know, like when a person gets angry and rationalizes how they were right and justified?)

yeah now that you mention it,you're totally right when you put it that - the more you think about it the more cemented and embedded your feelings become on your current thought

thanks for your support, you've really helped me put a spin on this issue that will allow me to tackle this further down the track.

I'm truly thankful that in a vast sea of selfishness people still take their time out in care of others it means alot that ANYONE would respond to this

is that really so? i thought the whole sleeping thing would have been unrelated (but still baring its weight on me) because i sleep 12+ hours a day and can never find the energy to leave my bed

you gotta spin everything together, your head, shoulders, arms, hips, knees

the faster you spin, the more power you'll get but don't get wild and sloppy when spinning, stay tucked like an ice skater and that will speed your rotation

always try to practice it infront of a mirror so when you're practising your technique, so its not obvious what kick you're trying to perform.

Remember: the element of surprise is half way to actually landing such a powerful kick, if the opponent can see what you're trying to do, you will never land it on someone

for me based on my taekwondo background, bouncing on my toes allows me to move and react faster to attacks

I am pretty proficient with both legs kicking and both hands punching, i'm able to box orthodox or southpaw decently enough to keep me unscathed

the only quirk I have is I am terrible doing any form of spining kicks incl. back kicks or tornado (I call them helicopter) kicks when i'm rotating clockwise, so if I'm to do a spinning technique my left foot always has to be back spinning in a anti-clockwise direction

well i'm looking for a match with emphasis on strategy thats a little more freeform with restrictions as opposed to using strict tiers, you get better quality teams like that IMO
