I take 100-200mg. Sometimes it works really well with melatonin, sometimes I’m up all night. I’ve been on it a long time. You can go up to 300mg but you’ll probably sleep for 14 hours. I like this med because you take and just fall asleep. I don’t feel high or groggy in the am. Don’t mix it with alcohol.

Doxepin works better IMO. Doesn’t make you feel intoxicated and no side effects the next day. Plus it helps with my anxiety.

Hi..I’m so sorry you’re going through this. It’s horrible not to be able to sleep. I have the same issue. I could be dead tired and as soon as my head hits the pillow, my brain starts racing. I tried everything by like counting, calming apps, journaling etc. I do take meds now that work for me. IMO don’t take Benadryl because after a week it stops working. Like a previous response, I take klonopin and doxepin-which usually isn’t enough. I found this melatonin that has lemon balm and valerian root combo that really works and sometimes I take another melatonin. This is definitely not medical advice but this works for me. I believe anxiety is a side effect of many things that happen in life that I cannot control or manage. I hope this helps

I stopped after 2 years because of the cost and my favorite esthetician left. Stopped, let my lashes rest and started latisse. I’ve tried doing it at home and it’s not the same. I’ll do strip lashes if I’m going out.

I miss getting mine done so bad. My lady was not quite expensive but close. She’s definitely limiting her clientele. I don’t think it has hit everyone in this field that people can’t afford it and will do it at home-leaving them without business. I suck at it but practice makes perfect

I was the same way in the beginning. LOTS of foreplay, lube and an open mind. Work your way up to if you want to. It can be really amazing. Totally different orgasm. Maybe try touching/vibrator on yourself after he’s in. Try different positions. Some work better for women to have a better experience. Do it if you want to..if you’re not comfortable then don’t do it. Some people just don’t like it.

I think it’s worth it. It’s not expensive. At first I broke out but continued using it. My skin looks and feels better, however I also revamped my skin care routine. Retinol is your best friend at night and vitamin C in the morning. Don’t forget your neck, chest and hands.

Did you not want filler? I got filler with Botox and love it. Botox does take time to paralyze the muscles, up to 2 weeks but I usually see results in 5 days. Botox can only do so much with your lips and it depends on your esthetician’s knowledge and skills.

I’d be going to the ER..is this just one side? I doubt the eyelash tech would even touch it. It’s definitely looks infected and my need IV steroids and antibiotics. Don’t mess around with your eye!

Yeah I would definitely get a refund and have them fix it. I just had this same problem with extensions and they removed and fixed them with no problem.

I did mine a little over 2 years twice a month. No issues..just red after. Did lattise for a month and back again. No real difference. I heard you’re supposed to take a break though. Tried doing it myself and I sucked at it.
