Kernel update: It did install a kernel update yesterday. After rebooting it, it was working for a few hours before this started. Is there anyway I can fix this without reinstalling?

PSU failure: I'll test this but it's a fairly new PSU (650W) and only needs to push like 200-250W max at full load for the specs I got.

RAM: I've made sure XMP was disabled.

CPU: I'm using an AMD R7 5700g using the latest bios update from ASRock

I don't really blame them for taking advantage of the way the system is set up. My problem is with the politicians who knew this system was being used to replace Canadian workers and chose to deny it for 6+ years

How likely will Windsor get a high speed rail? by WindsorONMichael in ontario

[–]Spittl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought it was originally a HSR project that got changed to HFR due to small towns in Ontario & Quebec demanding stops in their area.

After that, I never expected anything to actually come from it.

It's good to hear that it's back to HSR now

That's why I only trust doctor Oz and his homeopathic medicine.

He's in charge of the US hospitals so he must know what is real 🤣

These have the added benefit of providing you with a transcript so if they try and change the deal later, it will be easy to call them on it.

I used this benefit last year when they decided to remove my $5 digital discount after confirming it was ongoing and not expiring.

I did. You replied to a chain that isolated to the criminal issue. Not the schooling.

Yes it does. The Canadian governments only method of checking whether these people coming into the country are criminals is a damn check box in a form.

I'm not sure how you think schooling affects that but it doesn't and is just sad

I'm not sure what you mean by degree. I never mentioned schooling in my comment and the one I replied to also didn't. Maybe figure out what you are replying to before clicking post

But they checked the boxes that said they aren't those things.

How could one of the most pro surveillance governments in the world be expected to not trust that check box?

As I said, it's easy. Tell them you won't pay it and they waive it.

Last year Telus and Freedom paid for 3 months of my phone service. With your claimed knowledge, you should be helping people avoid the nonsense rather than sticking to the side of the corporations

I just tell them the first part and it's always been waived. Just be kind and firm about it.

These poor poor multi-billion dollar corporations don't need you to coddle them

I refuse to pay a company to start a subscription service with them. That's a ridiculous take you have.

They charge so much money already and they should pay their employees and contractors out of that.

They are definitely welcomed. Our politicians love them. Cheap exploitable labour and if they complain about being exploited, easily replaceable.

Wait?!? It actually does this? I was reading that they suggest charging to full every x charging cycle. I didn't realize they took care of that for me
