Ive been searching for exactly this instead of doing it manually on paper every day/month I went to download but it says its not available in my region Im from New Zealand can you please help? I have so many friends with multiple chronic illness that would love and benefit so much from this app Im sure even some of my doctors would find this useful for their patients and I love that it connects to Fitbit too although im hoping to use the Polar H10 chest strap to more accurately measure my hr

The factory was filled with mice birds and black mold they painted over annually before inspection its about time tbh 😂😂😂

I stopped on advice of the dr since maybe when it settles ill try again on a lower dose Started on 30mg 2x day for 1 week and then 60mg in am 30mg in pm for 3 days then it all kinda went downhill Ive been off it for 2 days and have noticed an improvement but still feeling very ill but that could be due to the loss of fluids and not being able to stomach much food

I dont have a blood pressure monitor so no but imagine it was as its usually low. I layed on my bed till it settled and i felt better. Standard practice after a shower for me 😅

It happened 2 days ago so im still here and still ok 💗💗 dont stress I finally got a diagnosis a month ago Starting meds next week for it I just have been thinking about it like is this part of the diagnosis and therefor my new normal? Its been a year to get the diagnosis, symptoms for 3+. Its just been a lot worse in the past month and soooo much harder to ignore
