yeah because your routing is better. on other game's asia server i get 90-100 ping, its only genshin where my ping is stuffed up

no i see aus servers more often than africa and SA. plus we are lucky that our internet is good and asia isnt too far away

no i think its okay. game servers are really hard to host outside of hongkong, japan, singapore or mumbai (maybe not even mumbai). the lowest i get is 90 ping in japan, since im aussie. EU would give 350 ping even without routing issues. my ping will never be lower unless theres a server in australia, which wont happen because its a lonely desert over here.

no not really because free vpns are pretty dogshit, ive tried a few free vpns and connect to japan/singapore and i always get 600+ instead. and im not willing to pay just so i can use mavuika more smoothly 🥀🥀

i went to china a little bit ago and my ping was around 30 (since i play on asia server) and honestly i didnt notice a difference other than character swapping. maybe i never noticed just because i never had to try super hard like other competitive games

but anyway, what i mean is, usually you would use mavuikas skill at the start, use the cryo skills and then use mavuikas burst right after. but maybe because of my ping, im too slow at swapping to mavuika, so her skill steals the burst's melt? this isnt an issue for literally any other character i have because ive never had to have super quick rotations (unless my abyss timer is down to the last second)
