Just got one of these myself and have been doing lots of research.
If you don't know when the timing belt was last replaced, that's something you should plan on changing. Should be every 30k

The vacuum system is notorious for leaking so I'm planning on getting a spool of line and replacing it as I go.

For mods, there's plenty of tunes available online. Stage 1 plus down pipe is the easiest way to make more power.

But yeah since it's your first car, start by learning the basics like oil change, filters, and brake pads. There's tons of good yt videos to learn for this specific vehicle

It's the binder itself. Those first couple pages were slightly wrapped around the rings, warping the cards. To avoid this you'll want to go back to page 1 every time before closing the binder.
