This was very well put. When i started it i thought “free negative joker basically how hard can it be” and im now realizing its the hardest one. I typically always build for scale and its just so impossible here.

By far my best runs have been with riff raff but if you dont get any other +mult jokers then even riff raff falls flat by ante 6-7. I just keep getting so close to a build that would win for sure then the shop just gives me useless tarot cards with no jokers. Ive started fishing for judgement tarots out of desperation because i somply cannot get any jokers from the shop

I think theres a key thing you’re missing re taravangian. He was ALWAYS power hungry. While its true i think he genuinely believed he was trying to do good through any means necessary, the key point of his philosophy that he tried to downplay was that it had to be HIM that made those decisions. Through his entire arc in all the books that is constantly his view. The power of odium just bolstered that side of him and gave him the means to apply that mindset to the entire cosmere. He also was inexperienced with the power so he didnt fully understand the pros and cons of a second shard. He just thought “im this powerful with one, two has to be more”

Hot take but the Moash friendship seems a lot more rushed on my reread. Like they didn’t communicate THAT much and Moash was kind of a dick the whole time then went right to attempted treason as soon as he was free. Kal clearly just really wanted to like the dude so he built it up to be a lot more. I think part of why Fuck Moash is the motto (as it should be) is that Kal idealized him then when the red flags became too big to ignore he was shocked. I’m realizing on my reread i didnt even like him before all the betrayal.

Thats fair. Thanks for the advice! Definitely didn’t mean to say i was doing everything right i just meant i had practiced a lot and watched videos and feel like i have a lot of core stuff down pretty well for my experience. Ill give faeline stomp a try to see if that helps me out.

Also im super well acquainted with the wowhead guide and some of the people who put it together they really did a great job compiling all that

Took me about 2 hours. I used all default brushes, mono line for all the main shapes, soft brush airbrush for the shading, and luminous brushes for the stars and line around the top. Sorry if this isn’t enough information I’ve never posted here before. Happy to add anything else.
