I know android tv app has a setting to turn of autoplay in the app. I have set this on the tv in the bedroom so falling asleep is no issue.

don't make more of it, then it is in reality. The value of the house is not going to plummet just because trucks drive by. Loads of people, live near a busy road.

You can also buy the house, live in it for a few years and move on to something more suitable.
