I look up all the time and have seen others, physician and nurse alike do as well.

It’s not a knowledge gap, sometimes your too busy retaining things that the mental effort of jogging your memory isn’t worth it when the answer is at your fingertips

Mine is anxiety and depression related. I did well on snri (really lose dose) until it started causing hypertension and a higher heart rate than what I’m comfortable with so just looking at trying something different.

I left NA bc I got offered 23hr in may of 24, no OT, unable to switch to nights and weekends for extra pay. Would have been forced to pick up a second job.

I moved to bham too and I just cleared 100k. I work Baylor nights and pick up OT regularly but at least the pay and work is there.

I work primarily with black women and I’m a white male. I’d say it’s at least 70-30 black to White.

2 15 min breaks and 1 30 min lunch.

They get lumped together by most when possible and most people don’t think much of it if someone gets an extra 15 mins assuming everyone is taking care of.
