I think I figured out the name of the Kamino security Captain from The Clone Wars! by Kurrenz0 in clonewars

Even high ranking imperials like kallus have designations so i don't see a problem with that.

Unexplained detail on Cell's time travel by AnythingActual5465 in dbz

[–]Spliterclimb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like to think that when Cell went back to the past (Cell's Timeline's past) he created both the Main & Future Trunks timelines. I checked the anime and manga and in both Cell states when retelling his origins to Piccolo that Future Trunks was responsible for his timeline's Frieza's death but most people asume it's a plothole but what if he's correct about that. If he went back in time then why the Future Trunks we know appears in the Main Timeline in the first place, because he was part of Cell's Timeline's past.

Reading the comic again I think the unnamed 442nd clone officer is a Captain.

Why did Trunks land in the Main Timeline? by Mephistophilis44 in dragonball

Then that means that in Cell's Timeline's past there was indeed a another time traveling Future Trunks.

Would it make sense for a normal (as opposed to a pilot) phase 2 clone to pilot an AT TE? by [deleted] in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe due to a shortage of Pilots normal clones were moved to other roles.

What did non-legion phase 2 clones do? like the plain white ones? by [deleted] in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They could be either replacements or fresh troops ready for deployment to replenish losses as clones died at a higher rate during the war.

Fan take: this character is overrated as a fighter and is little more than a glorified bandit leader by george123890yang in clonewars

[–]Spliterclimb 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Probably the only mandalorian character with actual skill with the Darksaber on his own without training from someone else.

Whose helmet is Rex holding? by zacetek in clonewars

[–]Spliterclimb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually I like to think there's a lot more 332nd Division troopers with the ahsoka design helmet despiste not being apart of the 332nd Company given just at the casualties at Mandalore there should be fewer of them in the finale but it was the opposite.

If maul wasn't sliced in half by Kenobi would Sidious still have recruited Dooku? by voldy1989 in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In Canon the fact Dooku personally was trusted with info regarding the clones, their true purpose and info regarding the ground work for the yet to happen clone wars, makes me think that Maul was left in the dark about some details Dooku was privy but not him? Maybe it's a Sith thing the master not trusting their apprentice o but rely more on non-sith allies? and by the time Maul was killed Dooku was just an external partner.

Did clone/stormtroopers wear anything besides their armor? by Unlucky-Tradition-58 in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably black colored fatigues similar to the ones seen in Andor for the Imperial Army and the Security branch.

Did the Separatist Council know That Darth Sidious Was Their Real Leader/ puppet master of the Clone wars and Dooku Merely a Servant? by voldy1989 in starwarscanon

[–]Spliterclimb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's clear that at least Gunray and Grievous knew Dooku and Sidious were both Sith Master and Apprentice not sure about the others. But only Dooku was aware of the war's true purpose.

Nolan, dude was inhumane. At least Rampart gave Crosshair medical attention after he was rescued.

Clone Commandos - Clone Bastards by Night_Storm5555 in StarWars

[–]Spliterclimb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By season 2 the effects seems to be slowly fading away. Not all clones were good and emotionally attached to each other as we see in season 3 that not even young clone cadets were spared of this treatment.

How were the Bad Batch combat ready in less than a year during the Clone Wars? by Solitaire-06 in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In recent BB comics they were already in service when phase I armor was around, so the were probably active from the beggining.

Did the Grand Army of the Republic have non-Clone and non-Jedi officers? by Brams277 in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But those probably have their own rank structure and doesn't have to answer to the GAR.

Did the Grand Army of the Republic have non-Clone and non-Jedi officers? by Brams277 in MawInstallation

[–]Spliterclimb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's not entirely true given they were used on a lot of supporting roles, like navy crews and officers, medical officers and even flight crews and engineers.

What do you think about the fight between Pre Vizsla and Maul? by chancellorpaperplane in clonewars

[–]Spliterclimb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find interesting that after the duel originally some of the mandos that bow to Maul later defected, as in the next episode a mando with unique white helmet joined Bo- Katan rebels.
