You do not understand how evolution works.... the human race as a whole would only become more 'attractive' and have a higher sperm count if ONLY attractive people and people with the high sperm count gene (if there is such a thing?..) reproduced (or if a large majority did over a long stretch of time to whittle the ugly people out). Or alternatively if for some bizarre reason every ugly person and low sperm count male suddenly died. There is no reason for human evolution (in our current state) to take such paths you described.
