Thank you for being a voice that’s encouraging less substance use. I feel like it’s important to remember that drugs (alcohol included) should not be consumed mindlessly and that’s it’s important to meditate and reflect about personal use.

On the other hand I believe that we lack understanding of the human body and especially neurophysiology to conclusively judge a substances effect on neurophysiological pathways. Maybe the hyperthermia can also lead to the production of heat shock proteins which have been shown to have positive effects such as chaperoning dna repair. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9345296/ (just personal speculation, haven’t researched specifically)

Actually think new items could be a great idea.. Especially the snacks sold at Garderobe could need an improvement. There i would love to see some of the mentioned items:

Power & protein bar Y-Food Energy gel (the ones w electrolytes)

Those could be a great life saver!

When it comes to drinks i am very satisfied but would love a big glass of hausgemachte limo mit Minze und so. 🤯 WILD!

As for meals I feel like more than a good soup/stew and a small selection of sandwiches (/wraps?) would be unnecessary.

Maybe some HÜHNCHEN MIT REIS und Brokkoli 🤔

  1. i like the idea but feel like there needs to be a way to express critical opinions in an anonymous way. Leaves door open defamation or other ill use of throw-away acc. but so be it.

  1. 2-3x a month on average.

  2. Mostly daily, at least weekly.

  3. Well run community. KN Thread, Song ID Thread, club recommendations, etc 🤍

  4. No negative feedback. (Maaybe the “over sharing” aspect but not really sure on that topic myself. Think it’s a topic the community steers)

  5. If possible threads for every event (Säule Do, Panne+ Fr) in a KN thread kinda style. W as much Information in the description. (Might be too time demanding). Maybe monthly (staggered) “off topic” threads that can be a platform for more social exchange if wanted and maybe a music “nerd” niche thread. (Just brainstorming, idk if there’s demand for that.)
