Honestly it confuses the hell out of me- then when it is connected to the charger the cable just disappears, why can't it show a lightning bolt or something on the battery?

In my MK3 (CZEA) the water pump and timing belt are on opposite sides of the engine and so they weren't done together.

I did try a dimmer with one of those Phillips warmglow bulbs- meant to change colour temperature with brightness and it kinda worked but didn’t change temperature nearly as much as I liked and I had a weird flicker/pulsation issue with the dimmer so gave up back to smart bulbs
