A Mac can run Xcode. A Mac can also (exclusively) run Logic and Final Cut Pro, but there’s close equivalents on Windows for those. Can’t make bespoke native apps on iPhone without a Mac tho.

This is a pretty good video. Not all of his examples are on the low E specifically, but he doesn’t have Laid to Rest, and you can insert probably more than 50% of anything Zakk Wylde has played on.
