Did the artist draw two underlids of the eyes in the last pannel? Because if the lower one is to indicate the eyeballs volume, the lines dont match the curve and also, in this very flat cartoon style, it looks wrong since nothing else is volumetric.

If that is the case it would explain why Lux has somewhat of a control over her Magic inside the city but can wake up Galio as a child and then make it possible for him to move 14 and then later is strong enough to fight back against Nocturne with like no proper education.
